In 1987, Tom Reeves was a carpenter who couldn’t find a closet system that actually made sense for his own home. So he built one. Then his neighbor asked for one. Then her sister. Then the local realtor started calling.
What started as weekend projects in a two-car garage became Dream Spaces — a family business built on one simple idea: everyone deserves a home that works as hard as they do.
Today, Tom’s daughter Sarah runs the business, bringing modern design thinking to her dad’s old-school craftsmanship values. Some things change. Some things shouldn’t.
Started it all in his garage with a table saw and a strong opinion about how closets should work. Built every shelf by hand for the first ten years.
